Hello. Today’s post will discuss a quick update about the site and a preview of what’s to come for this month and next year potentially.
The goals for the blog this year are:
- to increase discussion of STEMM topics
- job hunting for a research specialist/scientist position
- write one post/month
- preparation for PhD programs
In the meantime, there will be a new post by the end of this month or early February that will be part of a series. The series title is “Aquariums and Water Chemistry” . I’m looking forward to writing it. In college, I wasn’t as interested in water chemistry as I am now even though I did like the topic; however, now that I’ve gotten into the hobby of fish-keeping, I saw the importance of water chemistry in maintaining an health ecosystem with balanced and stable parameters.
The next post will examine recent advances within the STEMM fields, why these advances are important, and the direction of modern research.
